Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United Kingdom: 3–6 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, shipping delays or additional charges may occur. Leonducts is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the package and the damaged item so we can review your claim promptly.
