At Leonducts, some products may be available for purchase before they are officially in stock. These products are marked as Pre-Order on the product page.

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it becomes available for shipping. By placing a pre-order, you agree that the product may be shipped at a later date than regular in-stock items.

Estimated Shipping Time

The estimated shipping date or availability timeframe will be displayed on the product page whenever possible. Please note that pre-order dates are estimates and may change due to production, supply, or shipping delays.

Payment for Pre-Orders

Payment is collected at the time the pre-order is placed to reserve your item and process your order.

Shipping Multiple Items

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship items together once all products are available unless otherwise communicated.

Refunds

If a pre-order item cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified and eligible for a refund of the unavailable item according to our refund process.
